Why do Flexopus emails not arrive?

Flexopus sends emails to users for various occasions, such as welcome emails or booking confirmations. In this article we explain different possibilities why emails can not arrive.

The email box was not yet available.

The email box must be existing and reachable, if our email service receives an undeliverable email, then the email address will be blacklisted to protect our domain. This will cause, that emails can not be sent to the address for 14 days.

Tip: Until the email is unblocked again, you as an admin can manually set a temporary password for the user in the admin area so that they can log in.

The emails are in the  spam-folder.

Depending on the recipient email server, the emails may end up in the spam folder. Navigate to the spam folder and mark the emails that they are not spam.
