Added Checkbox Field for Asset Bookings

In the Asset Management module, administrators can now add a checkbox field to the additional fields section of asset bookings. This checkbox can be set as mandatory, ensuring that bookings can only be completed if it is selected. This is useful for confirmations, such as driver's license validation.

Improved Vehicle Selection for QR Code Bookings

When booking a parking space via the QR Code module, users can now select from their existing vehicles or add a new one directly during the booking process if none exists yet. This enhancement streamlines the booking flow.

Admin Area

Improved Booking Insights in Floor Plan Editing

Within the admin area, when editing a floor plan under Locations → Floor Plans → Edit Floor Plan, the info popup shown when setting an object to “blocked” now includes how many future bookings will be affected. This helps administrators better evaluate the impact of their changes.

Improved Data Integrity for Visitor Check-In/Check-Out

In the Visitor Management module, admins can now prevent changes to visitor check-in and check-out times once a visitor has been checked in or checked out. This feature helps maintain audit integrity and supports compliance with data protection standards.
The new setting, called Allow check-in and check-out time edit, can be found in the admin area under Settings > Visitor Management.

Added Option to Disable Visitor Invitation Notifications

With the Visitor Management module, administrators can now disable all visitor-related notifications triggered by the creation, update, or deletion of invitations. This is useful in scenarios where notification emails are not required. The new setting, Disable visitor notifications, is available in the admin area under Settings > Visitor Management.

Added Simplified Visitor Management Option

A new setting in the Visitor Management module allows administrators to enable a simplified visitor workflow where guests can be checked in without prior verification. The option, called Simplified visitor management, can be found in the admin area under Settings > Visitor Management.
