Flexopus Workplace

Added See "Last Seen" Date in User Profiles

Admins can now view when each user was last active directly in their profile in the admin area. This helps identify inactive users, resolve login issues, and keep user data up to date.

Added Phone Numbers in User Import/Export

Phone numbers are now included in user data exports and imports under Users → Import/Export, if allowed by your Data Privacy Settings under Settings → Data Privacy Settings. This simplifies bulk updates and ensures consistent contact information across your user base.

Added New User Role: Analytics Viewer

You can now assign users the Analytics Viewer role under Administrative Rights: Admin Area → Users → All Users → Edit → Administrative Rights . This gives them access to analytics dashboards (location and/or user stats) without granting full admin permissions—ideal for HR, Controlling, or Facility Management.

Added Restrict Access to Visitor Management

Admins can now assign specific user groups to manage visitors. Only authorized users will be able to send invitations or access visitor data—ensuring privacy and security.

Added Daily Missed Check-Out Notifications for Inviters

Inviters can now receive a daily notification if any of their invited visitors have not checked out by a specified time. The check-out reminder time can be configured and follows the timezone of the invitation. This helps ensure accurate visitor tracking and enhances on-site security.

Added Daily Missed Checkout Summary for Management

If enabled, facility management can automatically be notified each day if any visitors have not checked out. The summary is sent based on the building’s timezone, supporting better oversight and compliance.

Added Check-In Notification for Inviters

Inviters will now receive a notification when their guest checks in—unless they performed the check-in themselves. This ensures the right people stay informed without unnecessary alerts.

Added Unverified Visitor Indicator in Bookings List

Visitors who haven’t completed verification are now clearly marked in the bookings list within the user area. This helps users quickly identify which guests still need to confirm their details.

Added Visitor Invitations in Calendar View

Visitor invitations are now visible directly in the calendar view, giving users a clear and convenient overview of upcoming visits alongside other scheduled bookings.
