Dutch Language
The Flexopus application is now available in Dutch, bringing the total number of supported languages to twelve. This expansion allows even more users to navigate the platform in their preferred language and improves accessibility for international teams.
The preferred language can be set individually in User Profile → Preferences → Languages
. For a company-wide default, administrators can configure the language under Global Settings → Corporate Identity → Default language
.

Custom Opening Hours for Buildings
Administrators can now define custom opening hours for individual buildings. These settings override the global booking limit for the specific location, making it possible to reflect different opening hours across multiple buildings. This ensures that bookings are aligned with the actual availability of each site, providing more flexibility and accuracy in resource management.
Custom opening hours can be enabled in the Admin Area → Locations → Buildings → [Select building] → General Settings
by toggling Use custom opening hours
and entering the specific opening and closing times.

Live Plan Popup on Mobile
In the mobile version, selecting a resource in the Live Plan now opens an information popup instead of a new page. This keeps the Live Plan visible in the background while showing all relevant details in the popup. Users benefit from a smoother workflow, as they maintain a clear overview of their current selection and can easily switch to other resources without losing context.

The translations of the Catering and Service Management module have been further refined. Missing translations were added, and existing ones were improved to ensure a more consistent and user-friendly experience.
