Overview

Flexopus is a cloud-based workplace management application. To subscribe for the application, you can register an organization directly using the Flexopus customer portal https://portal.flexopus.com

Demo application for 30 days

After registering an organization account, you can test the Flexopus for 30 days for free. No credit card required. The demo application includes all the features of Flexopus without any limitation. The demo application is intended to show the capability of our application directly after creating an organization account. You can configure any integrations and any features as described here in the help center.

Note! The demo application is not intended to be used for a proof of concept within your company. To start using Flexopus, please subscribe to Flexopus and get a clean new application without demo data.

After 30 days, the demo account will be deactivated. We recommend contacting our product team to get a free demo of the application and ask your specific question you may have regarding the functionality.

Note! In case you wish to test Flexopus for longer than 30 days, we recommend subscribing to a monthly BUSINESS plan.

Subscription plans

After registering an application and testing Flexopus for free, you can decide on a subscription. Currently, we offer the following subscription options:

  • STARTER Plan
    For customers looking for a simple solution with limited features.
    Subscription intervals: monthly, annual.
  • BUSINESS Plan
    For customers looking for an integrated solution with all features.
    Subscription intervals: monthly, annual.
  • ENTERPRISE Plan
    For customers with more than 100 objects, we create a custom offer with better conditions than the BUSINESS plan.
    Subscription intervals: only annual.

Customers before 12/2024

Customers that signed a subscription before 15 December 2025 are considered as ENTERPRISE customers. The introduction of the other new subscription plans are not affecting the subscription plans of existing customers automatically.

The agreed license conditions will apply until the end of the agreed license period and will be renewed with the same conditions, unless you contact our sales team for another custom price.

In the upcoming months, we will set up a Flexopus Portal for your organization, which will allow you to:

  • Manage invoices
    The previous invoices and the new upcoming invoices will be available in the Flexopus portal
  • Manage billing information
    You can manage the billing address and
  • Configure online payment
    You can optionally configure online payment as well.
