Webex (OAuth2.0 SSO)

Learn more about the functions and configuration of Webex SSO.

You must be a Flexopus company administrator.

With the Webex OAuth SSO, you basically allow login for all users in the world who have a Webex account.

With the additional setting option "List of permitted domains for SSO", you can restrict login to certain email domains.
For example, add flexopus.com to allow only ...@flexopus.com email addresses. Only email addresses and names are transmitted and no other user details.

Step 1: Activate Webex SSO

  1. As a company admin, you can activate "Webex SSO" in the Flexopus admin area under Settings > Authentication.
  2. To do this, click on "Add provider" in the top right-hand corner and select "Webex SSO".
  3. Specify the permitted domains in "List of allowed domains for SSO". Email addresses from domains that are not entered are then automatically rejected by Flexopus.
  4. (optional) In "Existing user profiles must log in via SSO", specify that users can only log in with an existing account. After activation, application access is restricted to existing user accounts. New users must be added manually.
  5. Save your changes afterwards.

Step 2: Log in with Webex

  1. Click on the Webex button in the Flexopus login area.
  2. To log in successfully, enter your Webex login details in the login form that opens.
