Concierge booking for Flexopus users

In the admin area, you as an admin can create any booking for an employee or a guest in just three steps. This is useful, for example, when admins or the reception have to make bookings for guests or other Flexopus users.

  1. Navigate to "Bookings" and select "New Booking".
  2. In the next step, select the user, the object type, the time period and the building plan under "Create booking".
  3. You can then select and book the desired workstation.
    In addition, you can decide here whether the booking is checked in immediately or the user has to check in themselves.

Note & Tip: To make a booking for a guest, the guest must first be created under "Users". If you do not want to create a new account for the guest, then you can also create reusable guest users or use the "Flexopus Support" user for guest bookings.
